Minister of Labour and Employment, Barrister Simon Bako Lalong is set to resign his appointment.
The Minister collected his Certificates of Return (CoR) from the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, recently.
The Court of Appeal had earlier sacked Napoleon Bali of the Peoples Democratic party, PDP, and declared Simon Bako Lalong of the All Progressives Congress, APC, as the Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial Zone.
