Minister Humanitarian Affairs Yilwatda appoints 2 Special Advisers, Personal Assistant

The Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe has approved the appointment of two Special Advisers and a Personal Assistant.

In a statement by the Secretary to the Honourable Minister of Humanitarian and Poverty Reduction on Friday 15th November 2024, said the new appointees are:

1. Mr Paul Fanzhi Domsing – Special Adviser on Special Duties.

2. Dr. Umar Ibrahim Mantu – Special Adviser on Strategy and Partnerships.

3. Engr. Kelvin Nedim Pankshin -Personal Assistant.

Mr Domsing, the new Special Adviser on Special Duties is a Financial expert with two decades of experience in banking and consulting.

Dr. Mantu, the Special Adviser on Strategy and Partnerships is a lawyer, and development specialist.

He had a vast experience in corporate and commercial law, corporate financing and corporate social responsibility.

Engr. Pankshin, the new Special Assistant to the Honourable Minister is a renewable energy designer and Installator.

He is also a political commentator and commuinity leader.

The Minister enjoins the newly appointed officers to discharge their duties with dedication and patriotism.
