The general public is hereby informed that a student named Franklyn Chioma Blessing, a 12 year-old-girl, fair in complexion and plumpy body build has been missing since Thursday, 11 May 2023.
According to the parents, she left the house for school but the school confirmed that she never got to school until now.
She is dressed in a navy-blue skirt, blue, red, and white stripe shirt with a red tie, and a navy blue jacket. She speaks English and Igbo.
