More videos have emerged subsequent to the video of The Nigerian Soldiers Manhandling and Arrest of Nollywood Veteran Chiwetalu Agu in Onitsha.
This is a video believed to have been recorded by some members of the Nigerian soldiers in Anambra State showing the later aspect of Nollywood actor, Chief Chiwetalu Agu’s arrest.
He was seen sitting on the grown and explaining to the soldiers that his dress has the symbol of the rising sun and does not connote breaking of the law.
He continued to say that by his educational standards, he knows what is right to do and what is wrong and that he has not done anything suggestive of breaking the law.
“This is sun, This is rising sun, not Biafra, not Eastern Security Networks. With my education, I know areas to go and areas not to go.”
He was then ordered by the soldiers to stand up and march towards an office in the Military camp. The officers seemed to be calm with him while he made his case, explaining why he was wearing the Biafran flag dress.
Chiwetalu Agu is a veteran Nigerian actor, comedian and movie producer who won the 2012 Nollywood award for ‘best actor in the indigenous movie’.
He has featured in over 500 movies within the Nigerian and African movie Industries.
Chiwetalu Agu is a great entertainer and his usage of specific language slang, phrases or clichés in each film has made him uniquely a household name in Nigeria and among Nollywood admirers abroad.
