The Judgement delivered by Justice Ezekiel Ajayi at the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, GEPT, sitting in Lafia today could best described as a Judicial Miasma… It impinge so much of Judicial slaughter in the annals of history. It’s obvious that his opinion and that of Justice C.A.B Onaga were based on emotions and sentimennts and never on the point of Law.

…Justice Ibrahim Mashi, however, in his ominous and clinical dissenting Judgment further exposed the fatalities and inaccuracies contained in The justice Ezekiel Ajayi’s verdict which are still subject to further Judicial analysis at the Higher Courts.

But we are glad that the Supreme Court, therefore, it is needless and premature for anyone to celebrate.

The leader of All Progressives Congress, APC, Nasarawa State, His Excellency, Engineer Abdullahi A. Sule has since reacted to the outcome of the Judgment, those seeking the opinion of my office should please, rest.

Let’s meet at the Appeal Court”

– Chief Douglas Otaru, APC Spokesperson.
