Mrs Victoria Olayemi, an environmentalist with the Federal Ministry of Environment, has called on Nigerians to always imbibe good hygienic culture.
Olayemi told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in lokoja on Saturday that most sicknesses were outcome of poor and bad hygiene.
She decried the ways and manner Nigerians feed, pointing out that 30 per cent of deaths in the country were as a result of poor living conditions.
Olayemi also said that people must take the issue of air pollution seriously because it was also hazardous to human health.
