Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has mocked widespread rumours claiming he had died, responding with humour in a start video posted online.
In a clip, Netanyahu appeared relaxed while holding a cup of coffee and jokingly said he was “dead for coffee”, dismissing the false reports circulating on social media.

The rumours had spread quickly online, with some posts falsely alleging that the Israeli leader had been killed amid rising tensions in the Middle East.
The video was meant to reassure the public and show that he remains safe and actively carrying out his duties. Nethanyahu also poked fun at conspiracy theories suggesting a previous video of him was generated using artificial intelligence, briefly showing his hands to the camera to dismiss the claims.
The video quickly gained attention online, effectively debunked the rumours and confirming that the Israeli Prime Minister is alive.
