The Northern Governors Forum in their meeting in Kaduna Yesterday has rejected the rotation of the office of the President between the North and the South.
The Forum maintains that the North will still produce the next President of Nigeria in 2023.
Furthermore the Forum resolved that the Federal Government must still collect VAT
