The Student Union Government (SUG), Ogun State Institute Of Technology (OGITECH) Igbesa, led by Comrade Eniola Ogunleye announced to the students that the school will remain locked until the request of the entire Students are met.
The Institution turns dancing Centre as the Sug Executives invited a disk Jockey (DJ) to come to the school so as to keep the students busy in order for them returning home.
It was gathered that, some of the students had been in school as early as 6am without bathing.
The Sug president, said a condolence visit would be paid to the demise family so as to console the family .
The S. A to the Executive Governor of Ogun State and also the National Pro of National Association Of Nigeria Student ( NANS) Comrade Adeyemi Azeez commended the entire Students and the the Sug Executives for their Dogedness and infatigable support for the death of the student who died.
He further said, a meeting had been held with the Sug Executives and the management which they promise that the demand of the students will be accomplished as soon as possible
Some of the demands from the students out of 23 demands are Compensation To The Family of the deceased with 10 million Naira, No more Obligatory fee, Functional Health Centre, School fees must be paid in a gradual process and lots more.
