Sanusi Oluwaleke, a student of HND1 accountancy department has declared his intention to serve as the seventh Student Union President of Ogun State Institute Of Technology, Igbesa which he described him self as a symbol of hope.
In an interview with him, he made it known that he is ready to serve diligently and serve as the voice of the voiceless to the students of the institution.
Below is his official declaration
OFFICIAL DECLARATION OF MY INTENTION TO SERVE AS THE 7TH PRESIDENT OF THE STUDENTS UNION GOVERNMENT, OGUN STATE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY IGBESA.
In the spirit of aluta and a voice of oneness, in the magnitude of service to humanity and aspiration to serve my colleagues, I Comr. Sanusi Oluwaleke Naphtali an HND 1 Accountancy student from the prestigious Ogun State Institute of Technology Igbesa hereby declare my intent to join the presidential race of our dignified students union government.

Acknowledge and watch your habits, for they shall become your values. Understand and embrace your values, for they become your destiny.” – Mahatma Gandhi
This quote from a famous Indian lawyer and human activist have given rise to my voice as I walk the part of destiny through the values of leadership acumen that I have embraced.
The time has come again in which the noble thing to do is to protect the interests of the students’ populace for a better educational system and the progress of our dear union through proactive activism. We have to do well by repositioning the students union government through the collective participation of Nigerian students in the institution.
As a result, I see this as a clarion call from the Students of the Ogun State Institute of Technology, and I will obey and respond by serving with vigour, heart, and might with your full support.

It is this words of a revolutionist that has given the ideals of my campaign to be the hope symbol of hope and restore hope back to our students union and give a beam of light to illuminate the future through hope.
I know that together we can, it is in this light that I request the support of the entire OGITECH students to grant me the mandate to serve them diligently.
The 6th SUG President of the Ogun State Institute of technology would always say:
“I have keenly studied great leaders and I have found out that the activities of these said men are of creativity which leads to productivity in diversity” – Comr. Soaga
Together we can bring productivity through substantive creativity in OGITECH students union.
