In line with human capital development policy of a faith based outfit, the Omega Power Ministry Foundation has concluded plans to send seven youths to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) after securing jobs for an all expense paid trip.

Speaking with newsmen at the departure lounge of Port Harcourt International Airport, the general overseer of OPM, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere said the gesture is in continuation of humanitarian scheme embarked upon by his ministry which through which many had travelled to European countries for foreign university studies but the seven are going for work abroad scheme.

The man of God added that all the expenses required for the trip had been taken care of by the church including their accommodations in the UAE. “This is in addition to foreign University scholarships schemes that had seen many undergraduate students from less privileged homes currently studying in Turkey, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany etc, which the church has embarked upon for the past ten years”, Apostle Chinyere noted.

He added that “the best investment for a church is not in property acquisitions, but human capacity development, this is because when you build people up, they will build other people tomorrow and everyone will rise”.

“As these ones are going today, 21 January, to Dubai for Jobs and accommodation already waiting for them fully funded from tithes and offerings that come into OPM Church, another batch will soon join them”.,,
