President Muhammadu Buhari @MBuhari has shown appreciation to the youths for the defending and promoting his government and the All Progressives Party @OfficialAPCNg
The president said that he was aware of the daily toils and sacrifices many of their online supporters make on social media to defend and promote the APC party and the government of the day which he is the head of.
The president made the statements while hosting a meeting with the All Progressives Congress (APC) party Youth Wing in Abuja on Thursday.
He added that he deeply appreciates their efforts and that he is committed to making sure everyone appreciates their work as well.
In his words which was made available to 9News Nigeria via the party’s official Twitter account, the president said:
“I am aware of the daily toils and sacrifices many of our online supporters make on social media to defend & promote the party and government.”
“I appreciate you deeply and I am committed to making sure everyone appreciates your work as well.”
The president urged the youths to sensitize and tell their colleagues to go back to their constituencies and join in party registration.
He also reminded them to attend meetings, pay their party dues, make contributions and bring their youthful energy and zeal to bear on the development of the party right from the unit and ward level up to the national level.
In his words, the president said:
