Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar has described president Muhammadu Buhari as his brother while felicitating with Buhari on his 76th birthday.
The former Vice President took to his Twitter and wrote: “I wish President Buhari a happy birthday even as my family and I pray for long life for him.
“Despite the fact that we will meet at the polls soon, I very much affirm that we are brothers born from the womb of One Nigeria. Happy birthday.”
Buhari, who clocked 76 years, was hosted to a special parade at the forecourt of the Presidential Villa, Abuja
Meanwhile, Atiku will face Buhari in the 2019 election.
