President Buhari refusal to sign the Electoral Act on grounds of logistics cost of N480 billion needed to conduct Direct Primaries Nationwide is an alibi.
The excuse that the Direct Primaries will overheat the polity is another escape route. The main reason is the Electronic Transmission of Results included in that new law that APC does not want see at all.
If the 2023 general election results will be transmitted to INEC as it was in 2015 and 2019, APC will remain in power as long as her fancy pleases.
