In his words, “the Government must do everything necessary to return Imo state to its cleanest status as such record cannot be overemphasized.

His lordship Bishop Okoroafor warned that there should be sanity in all the states of the federation and Imo state is expected to take precedence.

However, he pointed out that cleaniness should be our watchword.

He futher cited reference to the Covid-19 pandemic that ravaged the planet earth as can be rated low than the effect a dirty environment can give.

“Dirty environment is worst than Covid-19- Bishop Okoroafor warned.

Recall that Imo was noted as the most peaceful state among the nations but presently all are been ridiculed and overlooked.

He therefore called on christians to go into prayers and call on God to save our land while charging the Government to do the needful.

In his homily, he encouraged christians to hope in God and keep praying for the safety and security of the nation.

He added that “The arms of government have failed us but the arm of God cannot fail as christians were charged to rise to prayers to seek the face of God despite all odds.
