With the reported corrupt practices that had bedevilled our civil service in the time past, especially the Local Government Civil Service, a committee was constituted by the State Government to review and investigate the activities of the service, inclusive of the staff welfare.
Wednesday 06-10-2021, His Excellency, the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma received the report of the committee which has been adjudged extensive and informative with mind-blowing discoveries of corrupt practices and fraud that had caused the state fortunes.
While receiving the report, His Excellency, Governor Hope Uzodimma promised to implement the recommendations to the fullest as his administration would not tolerate the practice of corruption as a custom.
Governor Hope Uzodinma stressed the need to sanitize every sector of the state to ensure a system working actively for the overall benefit of the entire state.
With the recent development, the sanctity of the arms of government is returning back to the people, a blossoming transformation of Prosperity.
