Professor Chigozie Ogbu, OFR, Vice Chancellor of Ebonyi State University, has pleaded with lecturers of the university to return to the classrooms in the interest of the university and the students they teach.
In an interactive meeting with some concerned professors of the university today, the VC stated that management has paid one month salary and is currently making efforts to pay a second month within this week, stressing that the none payment of salaries has been a major source of worry to him.
