One of the athletes representing Team Nigeria at the Rio 2016 Paralympics, Rolland Ezuruike sets a new Paralympic record of 190kg to win gold in the men’s -54kg.
His first lift of 185kg broke the previous Paralympic record before he extended it with his second lift of 190kg.
This has added to the excellent performance of the team in Rio and gives more hope for more medals in the game.
