Governor of Ebonyi State, Engr. David Umahi has again taken the world by surprise as he is about to complete a 300-bed COVID-19 capacity isolation and treatment center in Ebonyi.
Many had wondered how he is able to start and getting to finish such a multi-million naira magnificent building in just a short notice. A situation where Nigeria got its first index case of COVID-19 a month ago but Umahi is already preparing ahead of time – a comfortable, life-saving Isolation and Treatment center for Ebonyians.
Coronavirus, though ravaging the world but it is not a death sentence but a virus which many have survived when properly taken care of and on time. Umahi believes that caring for the sick ones is an ultimate step in making sure that the victims recover from the disease.
The 300 Capacity Isolation and Treatment center is about the largest in the country as of today and it promises to be delivered in a week’s time.
It is located in the heart of the state capital city, beside the COVID-19 testing center, AE-FETHA, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State.
