Former Governor of Abia State and Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu on Monday received the Editor in Chief of popular online medium, 9news Nigeria, Mr. Obinna Ejianya in Abuja.
During the visit, Senator Kalu commended Obinna Ejianya for using the online medium, 9news Nigeria to expose the ills in the society.
Sen. Kalu urged the Editor in Chief of the popular online medium, Obinna Ejianya to never relent in using the platform as the watchdog of the government in order to keep the masses abreast of what is happening in the Society.
Mr Obinna Ejianya on his own part appreciated Sen. Kalu for the invitation and noted that the medium will continue to speak truth to those in power.
He also commended Senator Orji Uzor Kalu for various roles he has played both in the past and present in making sure that there is harmony and mutual understanding among Nigerians irrespective of their religious and tribal backgrounds
