Shocking as family of three disappears without trace while relocating from Lagos to Calabar

In a mysterious circumstances, the family of Yakubu Ndahi, his wife Ann Yakubu, and their younger son, Nathan have been declared missing after failing to arrive at their destination in Calabar, Cross River State.

The family departed Lagos on August 10, 2024, in a private vehicle, but contact with them was lost hours into their journey.

According to Ann’s sister, Blessing Alechenu, the last conversation she had with the family was at 2p.m while they were near Onitsha, Anambra State.

Despite attempts to reached them later in the day, proved abortive as their phones were unreachable by the evening, and the family did not arrive at their destination.

Alechenu expressed her concerns and sadness, stating, “Their numbers rang around 6 to 7p.m, but they didn’t answer. After some hours, the lines went off completely and we haven’t been able to contact them since”

The family’s disappearance has caused significant concern, with relatives and friends taking to social media to raise awareness.

In a Facebook post, another family member, Damian Gentle expressed deep worry over the incident.

He wrote: “It’s been exactly one month since they vanished. We don’t know whether they were kidnapped or involved in an accident. We need help to find closure”

The matter has been reported to the Lagos State Police Command, but so far, there has been no breakthrough in locating the whereabout of the missing family.

The family is hereby urging anyone with useful information about them to come forward.
