A male teacher has brutally flogged and inflicted injuries on the body of an Almajiri child in Nasarawa State.
The incident occurred in Ribi, a community in Azara Development Area of the State, a Facebbok user, Mr Sule Coch added that the teacher flogged the child for being stubborn.
The incident has attracted condemnation from Netizens who called on the relevant authority to arrest and prosecute the teacher over the barbaric act.
Meanwhile, the Almajiri child has been admitted at a nearby clinic where he is currently receiving medical attention over the injuries inflicted on his body.
