The Chairman, Advisory Board of the APC Grassroots Governance Group, APC G3, Professor Ojo Emmanuel Ademola has congratulated the All Progressives Congress (APC) the immediate-past two terms Kano State Governor, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and Senator Ajibola Basiru, over their election as the National Chairman and National Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) respectively.
Ganduje and Basiru were elected the National Chairman and National Secretary of the APC respectively at the 12th National Executive Council meeting of the party held in Abuja yesterday. Ademola, who is the first Nigerian Professor of Cybersecurity and Information Technology Management, and first Professor of African descent to be a Chartered Manager, speaking at a global synergy meeting in London, United Kingdom hinted that the choice of the national officers were round pegs in round holes. The pioneer Don, stated that whoever has been holistically following the political contributions of the elected national officers would completely concur that they are ingrained with the indispensable qualities to excel even exemplary in their new seats.
The Don further stated that the two-term former Kano State Governor Ganduje really proved his gumption as an accomplished performer during his tenure. He said, “I say to you, I met Dr Ganduje at Chatham House London, a few years back, in my discussion with him then, and subsequently following him as a Governor confirm to me that he is an exemplary performer.” Ademola, stated that Ganduje is a tested, trusted and a special democrat. It cannot be an overstatement to state that the national leadership of the ruling party is a familiar terrain to Dr Ganduje, remember that the new chair is a top-notch public administrator.
The renowned and foremost scholar, community leader, Technoprenuer, Educationprenuer, Technocrat also observed that it is no longer news that Ganduje is an extended bridge builder who has been making friends over the years across all the six geo-political zones making up the nation as if he knew what destiny had for him in the political orb. Ademola also stated that the past confirmable attainments of Senator Basiru, who is a PhD holder in Law; former Osun State Attorney-General, university educator; a successful practising lawyer and a Senator in the Ninth Senate where he was the envoy even as a first timer, spoke volume of his grandness and eligibility for the office of the National Secretary of the APC. Ademola acknowledged that Senator Basiru is energetically moving with such an oratorical skill and boldness to function effectively in his new position.
Consequently, the Chairman of the Advisory Board of APC G3, who hails from Igbajo-Ijesa, Oriade Local Government echoed that: “The new dawn is on acceleration and all what the new national officers need is a divinely guidance, wisdom, knowledge, sound health and understanding to positively improve and nurture the worth of APC during their term as every affair is a passing through degree in the history of our collective humanity”, the pioneer Professor of Cybersecurity and Information Technology Management asserted.
