Two Catholic priests, Frs. Kenneth Kanwa and Jude Nwachukwu have been kidnapped in Jos.
9News Nigeria correspondent gathered the priest working in Vincent de Paul, Fier in Kwande Diocese wrere kidnapped on February 1.
It was gathered that the priests both of the Clarentians, were allegedly abducted by church members who were also official of the church council.
Parish priest of St John Mary Vianney, Kwande, Shendam Diocese, Fr Cornelius Nweke who confirmed the incident on Sunday, enjoined all Catholics to pray for the release of the priests.
It was also gathered that the abductors have not made contact.
Plateau State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) Alfred Alabo could not be reached for comments.
