A man from Kaduna State has decided to accept wife’s pressure for divorce after he caught her sleeping with another man on their matrimonial bed.

A man called Jamilu from the Kaduna State of Nigeria has opened up on the supprised package he received when he got to his house in Tudun Wada to meet his family.
Our reporter in Kaduna state has confirmed that Jamilu’s wife Badi’a is having extramarital affairs with another man after her husband pushed her away from their Marital home.
When Badi Abdulahi was asked she seriously Confirmed her affairs with another man and requested for divorce on the grounds that she no longer loved her husband Yakubu Jamilu.
She stated that her husband comes back very late on daily basis and upon that sent her out of the room with her three children for more than a week.
The wife added that she can never have any form of feelings for the husband and that she is not ready to continue in the marriage with a man she said cannot afford to feed the family.
In her words, ” I am ready to pay him back the 20,000 Naira he paid as my bride price to free myself from the union”
The matter went to a Sharia court sitting in Magajin Gari, Kaduna in Nigeria where the Judge, Nuhu Falana, after listening to the parties, divorced and terminated their marriage and further ordered the wife Badi’a to refund the 20,000 she received then as her bride price to the defendant.
The Judge also granted her custody of their three children and ordered the husband Jamilu to pay 15,000 monthly for their uptake
Badi’a was warned seriously not to deny her former husband Jamilu access to their children.
The root cause of this divorce was that the wife Badi’a approached the court seeking divorce because he complained about the N300 naira worth of beans she left to rot and when Yakubu Jamilu saw it he frowned at her because she did not use the beans to prepare food for the family.
When I asked why she left the beans to spoil or rot, she bounced back at me and replied me in anger and told me that she gave some of the rot beans to my sister, Badi’a replies fused the problem because she was allegedly having an extramarital affair with a stranger.
