The State Coordinator of the Yayi Youth Vanguard (YYV), Comrade Emmanuel Enitan Ojo, has commended Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, FCA, CON – Yayi for demonstrating exemplary Omoluabi virtues during his visit to the Palace of the Awujale of Ijebuland yesterday.
Comrade Ojo described Senator Yayi’s conduct at the palace as a true reflection of Yoruba culture, respect for traditional institutions, and humility in leadership.
According to him, the lawmaker’s deference to the revered monarch and his elders’ council further underscores why he remains the choice of the people across Ogun State.
“What we witnessed yesterday at the Palace of the Awujale was not politics. It was culture, it was respect, it was Omoluabi in its purest form. Senator Yayi showed that leadership without humility is empty. That is the kind of Governor Ogun State needs,” Comrade Ojo said.
The State Coordinator also showered encomiums on Senator Yayi for his outstanding service to Ogun West and the entire state, both at the National Assembly and through his numerous developmental interventions.
“From road infrastructure to empowerment programmes, education support to youth inclusion, Senator Yayi has continued to raise the bar of representation. The job he has done so far is visible, the work he is still doing is impacting lives, and we are confident that by the grace of God and the will of our people, he will be the next Governor of Ogun State,” he added.
Comrade Ojo noted that the Yayi Youth Vanguard across the 20 Local Government Areas of the state remains committed to mobilizing support for Senator Yayi’s gubernatorial aspiration, adding that the movement will continue to promote his message of progressive leadership, unity, and sustainable development.
He called on youths across the state to rally behind the Renewed Hope Agenda and support a leader whose track record speaks for itself.
“We have seen his capacity. We have seen his compassion. We have seen his commitment. Ogun State is ready for Yayi,” Comrade Ojo concluded.
