Ebonyi State Police Command on Thursday paraded a court-marshal soldier, Kingsley Onugbu,for car snatching. .
Kingsley, who was serving at 7 Division of the Nigerian Army, Maidugri, Borno State, was paraded alongside Okechukwu Chika for the crime. .
Kingsley, who hails from Ezza North LGA, possess as a soldier to illegally cross vehicles from the border for car dealers. He is also said to have been snatching cars from members of the public. .
9newsnigeria learnt that the suspect and Okechukwu Chika allegedly snatched a Toyota Camry from a man, who died during the operation.
