From Ministry of Happiness and Couples fulfilment in Imo State under former Governor Rochas Okorocha, Governor Sen. Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi in his determination to also take his government to the doorstep of all citizens, has appointed Mrs Bataraba Ibrahim as Special Assistant to the Governor on Unmarried Women Affairs.
