Under this tipper are two humans it trapped as it lost control thus ramming through the fence belonging to Late Prof. Moses Chiawa formerly of BSU Makurdi located at Nyorgyungu very close to the new BIPC Housing Estate under construction on Engr. John Alaaga Road.
Altogether, four persons riding on two bikes were hit by the tipper. FRSCorps later came to pick up the victims.
