THE Collation of Officer of Adamawa State, Mele Lamido has announced Fintiri winner after he defeated Aishatu Dahiru of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Aishatu, popularly known as Binani, was earlier illegally announced winner by the suspended Resident Electoral Commissioner, REC.
