The National Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Jos has declared Engr. Fom Dalyop Challom of the Labour Party(LP) winner of the February 25, 2023 National Assembly Election for Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency.
Fom had challenged the declaration of Peter Gyengden of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) of the said election by INEC in the ground that Gyengden was not validly nominated as the PDP as at the time of the nomination and had no valid structure to contest.
