The Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) Ethiope East local government Area of Delta State Chapter, surprised the council Boss, Rt Hon Victor Ofobrukueta with an Award of Excellence Performance.
The Union leadership presented this award to the council chairman and it was a result of the role he played in the Educational sector in the local government.
The Nigeria Union of Teachers Ethiope East Chapter Chairman, Mr. Adu said this award is in recognition of the good work, you are doing-especially in the educational sector.
He said having seen his good work we deemed it fit to reward you for your earnest effort so far.
The Council Boss, Rt Hon Victor thanked the leadership of the union for finding him worthy to be awarded, he said governance is for all to benefit and my administration is for all.
Rt Hon Victor said it’s very good to make Teachers happy because if they are, it will reflect a positive impact on the lives of the Pupils and students. my administration will do more to improve the educational sector.
The Union also appreciates the council Chairman for the power supply (Generator ) donated to the Union.
