Plateau: Governor Mutfwang Increases Salaries Of Widows And Women Sweeping The Streets Of Jos

In a recent development that brought so much Joy and relieved in the life of widows and women in Jos, the Plateau State Governor, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang has approved a salary increase for widows and women sweeping the streets of Jos and Bukuru metropolis.

The Governor has also expressed his administration’s commitment to sustaining these payments and clearing of all arrears.

Governor Mutfwang announced this recently when he halted his convoy to stop to greet the widows who were on duty in Rayfield area of Jos, Plateau state.

He encouraged the women to remain calm and patient with the government and requested their support for the new government to succeed.

Governor Mutfwang reiterated his administration dedication to building a united and prosperous Plateau and ensuring that every individual and group conduct their activities without harassment, while seeking for cooperation and support for policies aimed at improving the living condition of the people.
