The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, has prayed against forces of darkness against Nigeria and the emergence of prosperous nation.
A two-day crusade titled: “Light Up Adamawa” held at Ribadu Square yesterday, the clergy man prayed against every form of confusion in the nation.
At the venue of the crusade, many participants received deliverance and healing from different ailments.
Pastor Adeboye also prayed for God’s blessings on Adamawa and Nigeria even as he showered encomiums on Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for the warm reception accorded him and his entourage.
In her key note address, the deputy governor Professor Kaletapwa Farauta thanked God for His grace, mercy, favour, wisdom and protection upon His people.
She appreciated the General Overseer for the wisdom and grace to host such a life changing crusade in the state and the positive impact he has been making on both spiritual and physical life of the people.
Farauta urged for fervent prayers for peace, unity and end to economic meltdown as well as improvement in security of the people.
Bishop David Bakare who took the scriptural reading from Philippians 2:9-10 in a message, informed the faithful that there is no other name above the Saviour, Jesus Christ.
