A Groundbreaking All-Male Gathering Bridging Generations and Building Futures.

The Stellar Initiative is proud to announce the Boycode Conference 2025, a transformative global event uniting over 5,000 boys and men from three pivotal generations: Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z.

The bold initiative aims to redefine masculinity, foster intergenerational collaboration, and equip participants with tools for personal and professional success.

The conference is not just another event, but the public declaration of a movement of boys addressing critical gaps in leadership, mental wellbeing, and workforce readiness, in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Quality Education (Goal 4) and Decent Work and Economic Growth (Goal 8).”We are grateful for the new global eyes, ears, tongues and pockets turning towards the girl child and women as a whole today.

This is long overdue; and more eyes, ears, tongues and pockets are needed to continue to fight for the girl child and women as a whole. We however are noticing an unintentional neglect of the boy child.

The future, in its complete meaning, belongs to boys and girls learning and growing together; as their crisis will remain the crisis of nations and of the world”, said Precious Eniayekan, Founder of The Stellar Initiative. She went further to add that, “Boys today face unique challenges that transcend generations.

It’s beyond financial success or economic prosperity. A good future needs good boys and girls who will become good leaders of both family and society.

No boy child should grow at the expense of a girl as no girl child should grow at the expense of the boy. We’re uniting three generations to learn from each other, share their stories, and create blueprints for the future.

It is a movement aimed at transforming individual lives and contributing to global progress.”The conference offers unparalleled value through education, networking, mentorship, and personal development.

Participants will engage in panels, workshops, and interactive sessions on topics such as revolutionizing leadership, the future of work, emotional intelligence, and financial literacy.

Keynote speeches from global leaders, changemakers, and industry disruptors will inspire attendees with stories of resilience, innovation, and success.

Mental health booths and career clinics will provide confidential counseling sessions and personalized mentorship.

Furthermore, according to Eniayekan, “The publication of a comprehensive white paper will provide a clear and actionable roadmap for advancing the well-being and empowerment of boys and young men.

By documenting best practices, strategies, and recommendations in a concise and accessible manner, this paper will serve as a valuable resource for stakeholders and decision-makers globally.

Its release will facilitate a deeper understanding of the complex issues surrounding the boy child and inform evidence-based decision-making, ultimately driving progress and positive change for this critical demographic.

“The conference will also connect attendees with top organizations offering internships, employment opportunities, and industry mentorship.

Dedicated booths will provide direct access to recruiters and thought leaders eager to invest in the next generation of male talent.”By bringing together generations, we foster an environment where young men can learn from seasoned professionals while offering fresh perspectives to older generations,” said Eniayekan.

“This is about building bridges across generations and breaking down barriers that have held boys back from realizing their full potential.

“Join the Boycode Conference 2025 and be part of a transformative movement shaping the future of masculinity and empowering boys worldwide.
