The Ooni Of Ife in the week paid a historic visit to His Excellency Dr Goodluck Jonathan In Yenagoa as 9News Nigeria authoritatively reports.

The visit was in a significant display of respect and admiration, that His Imperial Majesty, Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, and his wife, Olori Ebunola, paid a courtesy visit to former President Dr. Goodluck Jonathan in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State Nigeria.

During the visit, the monarch presented sacred Ife bronze artifacts to Dr. Jonathan, hailing him as “a divine gift to humanity.” The Olori, in her own remarks, praised Dame Patience Jonathan’s legacy of compassion, highlighting her philanthropic work.

The royal couple later visited Mama Eunice Jonathan’s residence in Otuoke, where they offered symbolic gifts in recognition of Dr. Jonathan’s humble beginnings.
