Titi Abubakar, wife of former Vice President and African Democratic Congress (ADC) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has called on Nigerian youths to rally behind her husband ‘s bid for the presidency in 2027.
Speaking on Thursday at the ADC All Support Groups Town Hall Meeting held in Abuja, Titi Abubakar urged young Nigerians to rise and play an active role in shaping the future of the country.
She encouraged the youths to “rise and light up Nigeria”, stressing that the time had come for young Nigerians to take greater responsibility and participate actively in the leadership and development of the nation.
According to her, Nigerian youths have a crucial role to play in bringing about meaningful change and ensuring a better future for the country.
Titi also expressed confidence in Atiku Abubakar’s leadership qualifications, saying that Nigerians, particularly the younger generation, could eventually desire to see him serve a second term because of his style of governance and leadership.
She therefore called on young Nigerians across the country to remain prepared, united and committed to playing a significant role in the democratic process as the nation moves closer to the 2027 general elections.
