Nollywood actress Annie Macaulay-Idibia has debunked rumours that she reunited with ex-husband, music icon Innocent Idiabia, popularly known as 2Baba, describing the viral reports as false and accusing bloggers of recycling old videos.

The speculation began after old videos of the former couple sharing an affectionate moment at a night club resurfaced on social media, prompting many fans to believe they had rekindled their relationship.

Reacting to the viral claims, Annie took to her Instagram Stories, writing: “Old videos circulating everywhere, false news everywhere”, making it clear that the clips being shared were not recent.

Annie and 2Baba ended their marriage in January 2025 after more than a decade together. Since then, both have remained the subject of public attention over developments of their personal lives.

The actress urged fans not to believe the misinformation, as she continues to focus on her healing journey following the end of her marriage.

However, The singer has since married Natasha Osawaru, a lawmaker from Edo State, while Annie has continued to focus on raising their two daughters.
