Atiku mourns Adamawa lawmaker Jauro

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has mourned the passing of Abdulmalik Musa Jauro, the lawmaker representing Ganye constituency in Adamawa Assembly.

This was contained in a post via Atiku’s handle on Wednesday, May 29.

The post reads: “With a deep sense of loss but in total submission to the will of Almighty Allah, I mourn the passing of the lawmaker representing my constituency in the Adamawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Abdulmalik Musa Jauro.

“He was until his demise, the Deputy Minority Whip of ASHA. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. My condolences also go to the Adamawa State House of Assembly and the people of Ganye constituency. May Allah forgive his sins and grant him Aljannah Firdaus. -AA”.

Jauro died in the early hours of Friday, May 24 while receiving medical attention in India.
