Trump made this assertion in a broadcast of his policy plan to take America to another higher height in his second time as the President of the United States.

“Most importantly, the American Academy will compete directly with the existing and very costly four year university system by granting students decree credentials that the US government and all Federal contractors will henceforth recognized.
The academy will award the full and complete equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in addition to help 40million Americans who have some education but no decree.
American Academy will grant credit for past coursework as legacy institution to give Americans the chance to complete their education for free and much quickly, that is now possible and available.
