The All-Progressive Congress in Rivers state says it is no longer interested in seeking legal interpretation of Executive Orders 21 and 22 in court.
Its spokesperson, Darlington Nwauju said that the party has decided to withdraw its initial suit from the court.
He said the leadership of the APC will look at other ways of dealing with the issue.

However, the Accord says there is no going back on its resolve to challenge Executive Orders 21 and 22 in court.
The spokesperson of the Dumo Lulu Briggs campaign organization, Sotonye Ijuye Dagogo said the decision is to check the excesses of the PDP-led administration.
