It is no longer news that the leader of IPOB has been released from detention through the process of law where an Appeal Court sitting in Abuja Acquitted and Discharged Nnamdi Kanu on the following grounds below.
The Office of the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice has received the news of the decision of the Court of Appeal concerning the trial of Nnamdi Kanu,” the statement said.
“For the avoidance of doubt and by the verdict of the Court, Kanu was only discharged and not acquitted.“Consequently, the appropriate legal options before the authorities will be exploited and communicated accordingly to the public.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been vindicated and set free by the court of Appeal.
It is Justice for all and not in any way a ploy or set up to distort the Political campaign in the country particularly in the Peter Obi and Datti presidential revolution.

It was observed that the Extra ordinary and unlawful rendition of MNK from Kenya to Nigeria is the worst evil, reiterated by court of Appeal, it is hereby condemned same in its entirety.
In futherance, we gathered that all the charges against Nnamdi Kanu by the DSS and Federal Government are frivolous in that they were filed without any proof of evidence as provided by the law as a result the trial court has no jurisdiction to try him.
The final judgment is that the judgement of the lower court is set aside and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is discharged and acquitted”
The remaining counts have been struck out, and MNK is discharged.
The prosecution fails to tell the court how Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was brought into Nigeria.
The court of Apeal accepted that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was abducted from Kenya & such is an international crime.
