Lawmaker representing Enugu North senatorial District in Enugu State, Senator Okey Ezea, is reportedly dead.

9news Nigeria reports that Ezeah was elected under the Labour Party (LP), and was the only remaining member in the National Assembly from Enugu State.

According to Daily Post, findings indicate that Ezeah, who was earlier treated in Germany, passed on Tuesday in the United Kingdom while receiving treatment.

Similarly, a popular on-air media personality, ‘Senator’ Chijinkem Ugwuanyi, also confirmed the demise in a post via Facebook.

He wrote, “Sad News. Senator Okey Ezea, representing Enugu North, is dead… Rest in Peace.”
