President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the completion of the dualization of the Oyo-Ogbomoso Road in Oyo State, a long-delayed project crucial for regional connectivity.
Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, announced this on Monday after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the State House, Abuja.
He stated that the project, valued at N147,887,810,833.87, will be executed by Messrs JRB Construction Co. Ltd.
The road is a significant route for the transportation of goods and agricultural products from the North to Lagos, and its completion is expected to ease the difficulties faced by road users, including students and businesses.
