TRIPOLI (Reuters) – A car bomb exploded near the foreign ministry in the centre of the Libyan capital, Tripoli, early on Thursday, local media reported.
No casualties were reported. Images posted online showed the charred wreckage of a vehicle and scattered debris in the middle of the street. The reports could not immediately be verified.
