Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is back again in the legal spotlight as a former adult film star, Adria English has filed a lawsuit against him.
According to the lawsuit, Diddy allegedly assaulted and sex trafficked her for years during “white parties” at his residences.
The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday, July 3, in a U.S. District Court.
The court documents stated that Diddy hired English to work at a couple of “white parties” at his Hamptons, New York and Miami residences, forcing her to take part in “prostitution and sex work.”
English also revealed that some individuals and organizations facilitated these events, including Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Inc., Penske Media Corporation (PMC), among others.
She also claimed that Diddy required her to ingest narcotics offered by “white party” guests and that he had “laced the liquor” at the parties “with ecstasy.”
However, Jonathan Davis, an attorney for Diddy has said that, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone.
“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof.
“Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court.”
English is seeking damages, including “legal and equitable relief,” and a trial by jury.
In a nutshell, about six people have sued Diddy for sexual assault and harassment since November and this latest lawsuit comes after the music executive cleared his Instagram.
Meanwhile, Diddy Combs has denied all allegations, insisting that “Enough is Enough”.
