A few weeks ago there was a trending story circulating the media space, that was posted on Facebook online bloggers called Real Sapele Amebo(Authentic ST Media ) in Sapele, Delta State.
The poster stated that one Chief Peter Odili and others are drug barons, without displaying evidence of the claims.
Our correspondent had a conversation via phone with the accused, Chief Peter Odili Nwosa, to investigate his involvement in the hard drugs business.
Chief Peter Odili Nwosa told our correspondent that he has no involvement in such kind of business, that all through his lifetime, he hasn’t smoked nor does he know where they sell hard drugs.
Chief Odili said he was so disturbed when he saw the post made by online bloggers about his person, that he won’t take such an expensive joke in case it repeats itself.
He said I don’t know anything about the hard drugs business and I wish not to know because am a well-respected titled chief in my land.
Those spreading falsehood against me should desist from such acts because someday they will meet their judgment.
