I don’t know how this may sound, but if at the age of 30 years, a young man doesn’t have a place of his own, no matter how little, don’t waste your time dating him.
Some guys are just irresponsible, it is not because they can’t pay rent, they just take free things if they see it. Free houses, free babes, free everything.
A 30-year-old should have housing as priority if they are going to make serious decisions about their lives. Why will your boyfriend be taking you to his friend’s house at 30? How old is that his friend that owns the house?
