Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission – EFCC have arrested the former Managing Director of Niger Delta Development Commission – NDDC Nsima Ekere for allegedly looting N47 billion through registered contractors of the agency.

The arrest of the immediate past MD was made public on Wednesday by the Commission Spokesman Wilson Uwajaren.
