Flood is been controlled using the Underground balloon technology
Owerri City Junctions are improved
Civil Servants enjoy free ride
Despite all these good works enumerated above, it will be of the best interest of the state to go into road construction and maintenance to complete the Projects scattered all over the state.
However, the people’s support to the government will enshrine more dividends of democracy to the grassroots as revealed.
